Terms & condition as below:
●To change for Open ticket, passengers need to contact your ticket agents (online booking platform, ticket counter & etc) 12 hours or early before the departure time.
●Only for existing bookings issued from 18 to 31 Mar 2020.
●Ticket rebookings must be made 3 days before ticket departure date
Rebooked travel date must be on or before 31 Dec 2020, based on seat availability where fare difference may apply.
