Prior to its official launch, the company had already been actively managing independent bus charter services and receiving increasing enquiries for overland travel to destinations such as Johor, Melaka, and Kuala Lumpur.
As travel demand continued to increase, UCTS began collaborating with Easybook and several Malaysian coach operators to provide better transport solutions and improved travel experiences for passengers. Through these partnerships, the company is able to offer more efficient services while meeting the needs of customers travelling across Malaysia and Singapore.
