More then 700 + outlets in Klang Valley have been engaged by Easybook in allowing all our customers to make the payment of a bus ticket by cash. So for all those who that don't have an online bank account or a credit card, you can now choose 7-Eleven as the third option of payment for the coach tickets booked at Easybook.
It works as easy as this - Customers go through the usual booking process of selecting the pick-up, drop-off point and the date of travel at Easybook.com. Once customers have selected their preferred trip and filled in all the passengers details at Easybook booking page, customers will be then given an additional mode payment of payment option - which is cash payment through any 7-Eleven outlets at Klang Valley. Customers can then tick on the option and an order bill will automatically be sent to the customers email. Customer may then print out the order bill and bring it to any of the 7-Eleven stores nearby and complete to make the payment by cash. During this whole process, the seat booked by customer will be available only for the duration of 8 hours. If after 8 hours and there is no payment made by customer, the transaction would be no longer valid for payment and the booking will automatically be canceled.
