PT. Banten Tour Mandiri or commonly called BTM Travel was
established on September 12, 2011 through the Deed of Established number: 8
Notary Eni Nooraeni Hamdani, SH and Decree of the Ministry of Law and human
rights number AHU-56351.AH.01.01 Year 2011 dated November 18, 2011 concerning
legal entity ratification company PT. Banten Tour Mandiri
Prior to its establishment as a legal entity, BTM Travel had
previously carried out business activities in the field of selling airlines
tickets for almost 1 year. Along with increasing customer demand, a company
with a legal entity was established.
When standing with a rental office and only two employees. One
ticketing officer and one director concurrently owner. After a few months, the
company started working on the transportation business sector (vehicle rental)
for airport drop and daily rental for servicing guests visiting Serang City and
its surroundings. The number of employees has also increased to 4 people in the
office.
In 2012 the car rental business began to show results, orders
began to increase. This is in line with the increase in flight ticket
transactions and of course requires airport shuttle services.
In the same years, two travel websites were launched with the addresses:
www.bantentourtravel.com and www.sewamobildiserang.com. This is in
accordance with the company’s mission to attract guests outside Banten who will
visit Banten.
This strategy seems to be paying off. The traffic of guests served
increasing, automatically increasing income, number of employees and vehicles.
In 2020 established a shuttle transportation business unit for the Cilegon-Serang-Bandung and Rangkas-Bandung routes (www.btmshuttle.id). Currently, it has seven branch offices and 32 permanent employees in various cities in Banten and West Java.
