2. Booking confirmation is subject to cabin availability and capacity control. Fares may change without prior notice.
3. Please adhere to the designated check-in timing, as priority will be given to those who arrive at the terminal within their assigned check-in time.
4. No amendments are allowed on booking. All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
5. All passports must have at least 6 months validity till the end of the cruise date.
6. Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and visas are in order prior to departure from their home country.
7. Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is 18 years of age or older.
8. Resorts World Cruise will not accept passengers who have entered their 24th weeks pregnancy by the beginning of or at any time during their cruise vacation.
9. Resorts World Cruise reserves the right to refuse embarkation to passengers whose medical condition is not made known during reservation or prior to sailing and shall not be required to refund any portion of the fare.
10. Resorts World Cruise reserves the right to cancel or substitute any schedule port of call/itinerary/price/programme at any time without prior notice.
