Kaeng Khoi Junction Railway Station is located in Kaeng Khoi Subdistrict, Kaeng Khoi District, Saraburi Province, Thailand. It is a Class 1 railway station situated approximately 125 kilometres from Bangkok Railway Station. The station opened on May 1, 1897, as part of the Northeastern Line running from Ayutthaya to Kaeng Khoi Junction.
In 1956, the station became a junction when a line branched off to Suranarai Station. Later in 1995, another freight-only line extended from Khlong Sip Kao Junction linked to the Northeastern Mainline.
