  1. Travellers are allowed to redeem all easybook vouchers in each booking.
  2. Travellers can enjoy up to 22% off with easybook vouchers.
  3. No minimum spent needed when redeem the easybook vouchers.
  4. All easybook vouchers valid for 2 years from purchased date.
  5. Travellers can purchase tickets completely with zero payment by redeem it with easybook vouchers.
  6. No promo code needed when redeem the easybook vouchers.
  7. No limitation for the easybook vouchers purchased frequency.
  8. Easybook voucher is valid for bus products only. (ferry product coming soon)
  9. Easybook vouchers valid for the participated transporters only.
  10. Vouchers shall not be redeemable during public holidays as per the Malaysia and Singapore calendar.
  11. Easybook vouchers are not valid for use on trips departing from Hatyai to Malaysia. However, they are valid for use in trips departing from Malaysia to Hatyai (one-way).
  12. Easybook vouchers are valid for use on Malaysia Intercity Trips (One-way and Round trips) and Malaysia to Singapore One-way trips only. Round trips for MY - SG - MY are not applicable.
  13. Easybook vouchers valid for use in Peninsular Malaysia trips only. (Sabah & Sarawak coming soon).
  14. All easybook vouchers set at RM 10 per piece.
  15. All easybook vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other forms of legal tender.
  16. During the redemption of tickets, if the value of the tickets exceeds the total amount of the voucher used, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer.
  17. If the value of the tickets is less than the total amount of the vouchers used, then the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the bearer.
  18. Easybook vouchers is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts code.
  19. Easybook vouchers once sold are not refundable.
  20. If the easybook vouchers cancelled by bus operators, full refund of the purchased value of the vouchers will be returned back to customers.
