Tirta Gangga
- Situated in the eastern region of Bali, Indonesia

- The literal meaning of Tirta Gangga is the “water from the Ganges”
- It is also a reverence site for some of the Hindu Balinese

- The palace consists of a maze of pools and fountains that are surrounded by lush garden with statues and stone carvings
- The counter piece of TirtaGangga Palace is adorned by an eleven tired fountain with many wonderful statues in the garden
- The surrounding area of the Palace has serene greenery which is mostly noticed to the presence of rice paddy terraces
How to get to the Tirta Gangga?
Karangasem Regency, Bali, Indonesia
- You may take a public transport by bus
- If you are driving yourself, Tirta Gangga is on the main east coast road just north of the town of Karangasem (Amlapura) and is fairly well signposted
