Train service at Pattaya Railway Station runs once daily from Bangkok to Pattaya, with the first train departing at 6:50 AM and arriving at 10:18 AM. Since March 2018, a 2nd class air-conditioned Bangkok to Pattaya passenger train operates on weekends and holidays, departing Bangkok Hua Lamphong at 6:45 AM and arriving in Pattaya at 9:15 AM.
Travelers can board trains from various stations along the Eastern Line, including Bangkok, Chachoengsao Junction, Chon Buri, Sri Racha Junction, Ban Plu Ta Luang, and Map Ta Put. For other train lines, passengers can transfer at Bangkok Train Station.
Pattaya is also accessible via U-Tapao Airport, located 30 kilometres away, with taxis available from the airport to the station. Driving from Bangkok takes approximately 2 hours, and express buses run from Mochit or Sai Tai Mai Bus Terminals to Pattaya. Within Pattaya, taxis and motorcycle taxis provide local transportation.
The station is equipped with a sheltered waiting area, benches, ticket counters, parking space, small food stalls, and toilets. Local minibuses and motorcycle taxi services are available to transport passengers to hotels or other destinations around Pattaya.
