No proper facilities were provided at the terminal when it was first opened in 2002. After several developments, Toa Payoh Bus Interchange now offers standard amenities for the convenience of those running in and out of the interchange. Facilities provided within the bus station include interchange offices, driver’s lounge, NTWU canteen, retail outlets and toilets. Information boards are also available displaying timings for bus arrival and departure.
