Chao Sam Phraya National Museum

• The second largest museum in Thailand
• It displays and exhibits the treasures that were discovered from the Wat Mahathat and Wat Patchaburana
• These are artifacts found in the years 1957 to 1958

• There are many artifacts that are on display that are kept for public viewing
• In the ground floor there are Buddha images
• Various other textiles, cabinets and ceramics are also found there
• There are rooms displaying the gold treasures
• The main feature of gold to view is the magnificent sword on display
• There are paintings to show the life of the Siamese
