Yap Sandiego Ancestral House
- Listed as one of the oldest houses in the Philippines.

- It was owned by Don Juan Yap, a Chinese merchant, and his family.
- The house is now maintained by an avid art collector, popular choreographer and heritage advocate, Val Sandiego.
- The Yap Sandiego house is now a popular tourist destination in Cebu City.
What can you find there?
- Admire the construction of the house which was built with coral stones that were bound together with egg whites (similar to the Baclayon Church in Bohol).
- Check out the roof which is made with Tisa Clay. Each piece of clay weighs roughly 1 kilogram.
- Spend a relaxing few minutes in the home’s garden which is beautifully curated.
- View some old and new artwork hanging from walls.
- Century old relics such as Santo Niño statues are on display at the home and are very well maintained.
