The Easybook Refer & Earn (“Program”) is provided by Easybook.com Pte Ltd (“Easybook”). Easybook reserves its rights either to amend, revise, remove, cancel and/or terminate the entirety or part of the terms and conditions herein stated and/or the Program at any time without prior notice (“Changes”). By continuing forwarding the Link to the Referrer under this Program, the Member shall be deemed to accept the terms herein stated including the Changes and the Member hereby agree to discharge and release Easybook from all liability and whatsoever pursuant hereto.
All existing registered members of Easybook (“Members” or each a “Member”) shall be eligible to participate in the Program and to enjoy the Referral Rewards (as defined hereinafter) and Referral Commission (as defined hereinafter) (collectively “Benefit”).
The Member can refer anyone who is not a registered member of Easybook(“Referrer”) to participate the Program by forwarding a unique referral link (which can be found under the Member’s ‘Refer & Earn’ Page) (“Link”) to the non-registered member (“Referee”) for Easybook account registration.

The Referrer shall be entitled to enjoy the Benefit as follows: -

(A) Referral Rewards
4.1 Referrer will be entitled to the referral fee (to be decided and notified by Easybook solely from time to time) (“Referral Rewards”) for each direct and successful referral.
(B) Referral Commission

4.2 Referrer will be entitled to a specific amount of referral fee as below stated (or to be decided and notified by Easybook solely from time to time) (“Referral Commission”) for each successful departure following the date and time stipulated on the products such as transportation tickets and/or booking services by Easybook (collectively “Tickets” or each, a “Ticket”) by both Referee and sub Referee:

4.3 In the event, the Referee has successfully referred a sub Referee, and the sub Referee has successfully referred another sub-sub Referee, the Referrer shall only be entitled to Referral Commission for both Referee and sub Referee ONLY.
4.4 Subject to the minimum spending amount (to be decided and notified by Easybook solely from time to time) on the purchase of Tickets by a Member in a calendar year, the Member shall be entitled to enjoy another 100% of the total earned Referral Commission in the current year (“Double Commission”). Such Double Commission shall be paid by Easybook in January of the next calendar year (or at such date to be decided by Easybook) into the Easybook Wallet.
For illustration purposes:
Assuming that a Member has achieved minimum spending of $1,000 in 2019, the total earned Referral Commission for the year 2019 is $50. Another 100% of $50 (i.e. $50) will be paid in January 2020 to the Member’s Easybook Wallet.

Benefit will be awarded to the parties as follows: -
- 5.1 The Benefits will be awarded in the home currency of the Member based on our records of his/her Nationality. Nonetheless, the Members from Brunei and the Philippines are not entitled to the Benefits.
- (A) Referral Rewards
- 5.2 Referral Rewards will be credited into Referrer's and Referee's Easybook Wallet, as "Reward Cash", within 24 hours upon Referee's successful Easybook account registration and successful login into Easybook's mobile application.
- 5.3 Referral Rewards is valid for 6 months only from the date of its first crediting into the Easybook Wallet, after which it will expire.
- 5.4 Referral Rewards are not withdrawable.
- (B) Referral Commission
- 5.5 Referral Commission will be credited into Referrer’s Easybook Wallet, as “Main Cash”, by the end of the month upon the Referee’s and/or the sub Referee’s successful departure following the date, month and time stipulated on the Ticket. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation and/or refund of the Ticket thereafter shall not be entitled to Referral Commission.
- 5.6 Referral Commission is withdrawable and can be used to earn a cash bonus.

Benefit can be utilized by the parties as follows: -

(A) Referral Rewards

6.1 Subject to the applicable Referral Rewards in the Easybook Wallet, the Referrer is entitled to receive up to 5% of the deduction on the Ticket’s price, where such deduction will be made from the Referral Rewards. The details of the deduction are set out as below and shall be revised and amended by Easybook as and when required without prior notice:

(I) Type of Tickets	Applicable Deduction

TRAIN	Up to 3% of the Ticket’s price

For illustration purposes:
There is $100 of Referral Rewards in the account and a Ticket is selling at $10. The Referrer is entitled to deduct $0.50 ($10 x 5%) from the total Ticket’s price. The final payable price for the Ticket is $9.50.

(B) Referral Commission
6.2 The Referrer can utilize the Referral Commission (a.k.a. Main Cash) to pay for the Ticket, where no ceiling usage of the Referral Commission will be imposed.
6.3 Referral Commission is not eligible for payment of charter and hotel bookings.

All right, title and interest in and to any intellectual property produced is and shall remain the sole property of Easybook. The Member acknowledges and agrees that Easybook only grants it a non-exclusive, non-transferable, nonsublicensable and limited use of the intellectual property rights under the Program and/or Benefit, and the Member shall not violate Easybook’s intellectual property’s rights. Such granting of rights shall cease upon termination by Easybook.
The Member shall indemnify and hold Easybook harmless from and against any loss, damage, claim, proceeding, or expense (including reasonable legal expenses) suffered by or made against Easybook arising from or in connection with any breach or non-performance of any of the undertakings, warranties, representations or obligations under the Program and/or Benefit.
In no event shall Easybook be liable to the Member for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, arising from any cause whatsoever including negligence (even if the Member has been advised of or foresees a possibility of any such damages occurring) including, but not limited to, lost business revenue, or for any other commercial or economic loss of any kind, or any claim by any other party under the Program and/or Benefit.
Easybook reserves the right to suspend a transaction and/or reallocate, recalculate, reverse or adjust the Program and/or Benefit or take any necessary action, with or without any notice in the event that Easybook has a reasonable ground to suspect that the Benefit was awarded, earned or redeemed fraudulently or in error.
The terms herein stated shall constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the Member and Easybook on the subject matter hereof, and shall supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral, between the Member and Easybook concerning the subject matter thereof.
The terms herein stated shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Singapore.
The Member, Referrer, and Referee (collectively “you”) have read and understand Easybook’s Privacy Policy as stated on the Easybook website. By voluntarily submitting the personal data including but not limited to name and contact details to Easybook, you hereby consent and accept the term of the Privacy Policy.
