Kemubu is a small town located in the Kuala Krai District of Kelantan. The locals and travellers popularly known the town for its two famous attraction: Jelawang Waterfall and Gunung Stong (Stong Mountain). The waterfall is situated in Gunung Stong State Forest Park and was listed as one of the highest waterfalls in Southeast Asia (SEA). However, via the train route between Tumpat and Gua Musang, Kemubu station is included as a train stop, so no interchange is needed. It takes around 4.5 hours to arrive in Kemubu from Tumpat station. Be reminded that travel duration differs by the departure station.
