• Promotion Period: From 1 November 2018 at 00.01 AM (after midnight) to 31 December 2018 at 00.00 AM (midnight).
• Details of the Prize: Starbucks e-Coupon valued 100 Baht per one prize in a total amount of 5,000 prizes having total value of 500,000 Baht.
• Conditions of Participation:
  • Make a payment online with use of a JCB credit card to pay for the price of goods to the participating merchant through the website.
  • Customer who makes a "Successful Transaction1" with use of a JCB credit card (limited to AEON Royal Orchid Plus JCB Platinum, AEON JCB Classic, AEON JCB Gold, Krungsri JCB Platinum, KTC JCB Platinum, KTC Royal Orchid Plus JCB Platinum and KBank JCB credit card only) to pay for goods with a minimum amount of 300 baht or more on the Designated Website within the Promotion Period is eligible for a Starbucks e-Coupon value 100 Baht per 1 Successful Transaction.
  • One customer is entitled to 1 prize / 1 website.
  • The customers who are within the first 5,000 entries that completely satisfy the conditions set out above within the Promotion Period will receive the prizes according to the conditions set out by the company, based on a first-come, first-served basis. The Company reserves the right to award not more than 5,000 prizes throughout the Promotion Period.
• Announcement and Delivery of Prizes:
  • The company will announce the names of the customers who won the prizes (the "Winners") via www.facebook.com/2C2Pcompany and deliver the prizes to each Winner via e-mail to the E-mail Address that such Winner used in making the relevant Successful Transaction according to the following schedule:
  • For the Successful Transactions made during 1 - 15 November 2018, announcement of the Winners and delivery of the prizes will be carried out during 16 - 21 November 2018;
  • For the Successful Transactions made during 16 -30 November 2018, announcement of the Winners and delivery of the prizes will be carried out during 1 - 6 December 2018;
  • For the Successful Transactions made during 1 - 15 December 2018, announcement of the Winners and delivery of the prizes will be carried out during 16 - 21 December 2018;
  • For the Successful Transactions made during 16 - 31 December 2018, announcement of the Winners and delivery of the prizes will be carried during 1 - 5 January 2019.
  • If the E-mail Address of any Winner that the company received is not correct, the company reserves the right to decide whether to deliver the prize to such Winner; in which event, the company has the right to use such prize for other marketing promotion activities or handle such prize in any manner as the company, in its absolute discretion, sees appropriate.

  • All the terms and conditions of or relating to this promotion activity shall be as designated by the company.
  • If there is any suspicion or controversy, the company's discretion and judgment shall be absolute and final.

"Successful Transaction" means an online payment transaction made with use of a JCB credit card (limited to AEON Royal Orchid Plus JCB Platinum, AEON JCB Classic, AEON JCB Gold, Krungsri JCB Platinum, KTC JCB Platinum, KTC Royal Orchid Plus JCB Platinum and KBank JCB credit card only) to pay for price of the goods to the seller on the Designated Website for which the card issuing bank or financial institution had authorized the transaction in order to debit the amount form the cardholder’s credit card account to pay to the seller of the relevant goods. The authorization or rejection of an online payment transaction is subject to the rules set out by the relevant card issuing bank or financial institution.
