Cathedral of San Jose

• One of the first six parishes founded by Jesuit missionaries
• Built in 1595 by Filipino laborers under the command of the Jesuits
• Burned to the ground and reconstructed in 1839
• Destroyed again in World War II and rebuilt by the Knights of Columbus
