- Payment of Terminal Fee Charges is required before departure.
- Each passenger only allowed to bring max 10 kg of hand carry. If your hand carry is exceeded the total permitted weight, the terminal management will charge additional RM 1.30 per KG for the overweight.
- The passenger needs to ensure that all the personal details provided for online booking are valid for regulatory requirements.( Please make sure passenger details are correct and same as the passport.) Terminal management reserves the right to refuse service for any discrepancies in the immigration information.
- Passenger is required to bring the order summary and presented to Indomaya ticket representative before boarding of ferry. Indomaya ticket representative will assist in filling up the boarding pass based on order summary details.
- Passenger is required to arrive at least 45 minutes at the terminal before boarding the ferry.
