How to retrieve Digital Pass?

Follow user guides below to retrieve your digital pass.

Online Customer - Website

Step 1
Click "App Store or Google Play" button in Order Summary.
Step 2
You'll be prompted to download Easybook App if you've not downloaded before.
Step 3
After download is completed, you'll be landed at Digital Pass screen. Click 'View'.
Step 4
Scan QR Code when boarding. You may forward Digital Pass to other passenger(s).

Online Customer - Mobile App

Step 1
Open Easybook App, click "Digital Pass" button.
Step 2
Click 'View'.
Step 3
Scan QR Code when boarding. You may forward Digital Pass to other passenger(s).

Offline Customer

Step 1
Download Easybook App.
Step2
Open Easybook App, click "Digital Pass" button.
Step 3
Scan "QR Code" that display at counter's monitor screen.
Step 4
Your Digital Pass is retrieved. Click 'View'.
Step 5
Scan QR Code when boarding. You may forward Digital Pass to other passenger(s).

By Boarding Code

Step 1
Download Easybook App.
Step 2
Open Easybook App, click "Digital Pass" button.
Step 3
Enter "Boarding Code" to retrieve digital pass.
Step 4
Your Digital Pass is retrieved. Click 'View'.
Step 5
Scan QR Code when boarding. You may forward Digital Pass to other passenger(s).
