Go to the โBookingsโ section in your Easybook App.
Step 2:
Select the ticket you wish to cancel and click โCancel Ticketโ.
Step 3:
Review the cancellation policy and refundable amount.
Each bus operator has different refund policies, so please read carefully.
Step 4:
Tick โYes, I agree to the policy aboveโ and tap โNextโ.
Step 5:
Click โProceed Cancelโ to confirm.
