🚨 NEW FEATURE: AUTO CANCELLATION!

No more waiting – cancel your tickets and get instant refunds! 💸

Now you can cancel eligible tickets easily via the Easybook App with just a few taps. Here’s how:

Step 1:
Go to the ‘Bookings’ section in your Easybook App.

Step 2:
Select the ticket you wish to cancel and click ‘Cancel Ticket’.

Step 3:
Review the cancellation policy and refundable amount.
Each bus operator has different refund policies, so please read carefully.

Step 4:
Tick ‘Yes, I agree to the policy above’ and tap ‘Next’.

Step 5:
Click ‘Proceed Cancel’ to confirm.

That’s it! Once successfully cancelled, your refundable amount will be credited to your Easybook Wallet instantly. 💰

⚠️ Friendly Reminder:

Not all tickets are refundable. We strongly suggest checking for the ‘Refundable’ tag when choosing your bus operator before booking to avoid disappointment.
